FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes. Any new clients will have to schedule an in-person consultation to give me time to evaluate you, your dog and your situation. This will help me determine whether or not we’re a good fit and how to move forward.

  • Yes. We are licensed and insured.

  • Yes. However, an evaluation is imperative prior to any boarding or training.

  • No. I do not provide any house sitting services.

  • I board only one client’s dog at a time.

  • Yes. If you feed your dog raw or fresh, please pre-portion his/her meals.

  • No. We have crates of all sizes.

  • In case of an emergency, we will seek treatment with one of our local veterinarians or emergency vets.

  • Your dog is under supervision while we’re home. Your dog will always be crated if we were to leave home or have him/her unsupervised for short durations.
    We also always have live cameras set up for our boarders.

  • Yes. There will be an additional charge of $10 per day on long weekends and during the holiday season.

  • You’ll be sent an invoice via quickbooks. We take Visa, Debit, American Express, Discover and MasterCard and Apple Pay.
